1. Orders Are Placed on Etsy

All TeeMint products are sold through our storefronts on Etsy. When you place an order, Etsy processes your payment, and Etsy's Terms of Use and the individual product listing govern your transaction.

2. Shipping

• Processing and production times for each item are shown on its Etsy listing before checkout.
• Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout on Etsy based on your location and the shipping option you select.
• Finished orders ship from the United States.

3. Returns and Refunds

• Return eligibility and refund terms for each product are stated on its Etsy listing and in Etsy's purchase policies, which apply to your order.
• To start a return or request a refund, open your order on Etsy and use Etsy's "Request a return" or message feature for that listing.
• Approved refunds are issued through Etsy to your original payment method in accordance with Etsy's refund process.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or your order does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible through Etsy messages or at the email below, and include your order number and a photo of the item if applicable. We will work with you and, where applicable, Etsy to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
